PERSONAL TRAINING
In-person and online training tailored to you.
Dinner (55 minutes): A hearty session with warm-up appetizer, strength & conditioning main course, and sweet sweet cool-down dessert. Pricing: 1. $91: Standard Rate — 2. $110: If you can afford to help someone else access this service — 3. $72: If you cannot afford my standard rate
Lunch (30 minutes): A little shorter, but just as nutritious. If you’re not able to step away from a jam-packed schedule for very long. Or, if you’re new to personal training, and want to take it slow. *Must commit to two+ 30 minute sessions a week. Pricing: 1. $61: Standard Rate — 2. $73: If you can afford to help someone else access this service — 3. $48: If you cannot afford my standard rate
A snack (15 minutes): If you’re looking to trouble shoot a movement, need a quick stretch, want to brainstorm how to get a little more movement into your week, or how to sit at your desk or ride your bike with less icky feeling in your neck and low back. Pricing: $30

SOLO PROGRAMMING
Independent programming to do on your own, whenever, wherever you want!
Pricing starts at $45 for existing 1:1 clients, and varies depending on how many days a week you’d like to train, whether you’d like to do 1:1 training as well, and whether you’d like weekly feedback.
CLASSES
Strength & conditioning classes. All levels welcome, and no equipment necessary.
